About 7:00 am this morning an EPIRB was deployed. A radio message was sent out and Renaissance answered and went to investigate. When they got to the position, seven nautical miles off Lady Musgrave Island, they found Rogntudjuuu capsized with the crew sitting on top. The 6 crew members were transferred to Renaissance and are on their way to Gladstone. As far as we know there were no injuries.

At about 3:15am this morning The Dancing Emu capsized north of Indian Head.

Rythmic (Phil Day) came and unloaded 4 of the crew. Two crew members, which were not seriously injured, have been air lifted off Rymthic. The owner Richard Jenkins and Russel have stayed on board a fishing vessel with the hope of righting The Dancing Emu. Unfortunately the attempt had to be abandoned due to severe weather conditions.
