Viva was a Sydney based Yacht and was the first Sydney based yacht to win the Brisbane to Gladstone Multihull Yacht race in 1967 and then again in 1968. In 1969 she finished second. She also came second to Bandersnatch in the Sydney-Hobart Yacht Race conducted for multihull yachts in 1966. Her greatest recorded distance for 24 hours continuous sailing was 202 miles.
